The organizers said on Monday that they will add a mute button to allow each candidate to speak without interruption in a discussion between President Donald Trump and Democratic contender Joe Biden.
The Presidential Debate Committee said it would mute each candidate’s microphone so that each candidate would have a two-minute opening speech at the start of the 15-minute debate. Both microphones are turned on so that you can move back and forth after that time.
Trump repeatedly stopped Biden in a confused and upset debate on September 29, and Biden responded with insults.
Trump was supported by a second debate scheduled for a disagreement on the fictitious format scheduled last Thursday.
Trump’s campaign said on Monday that he was not satisfied with the set of topics proposed for discussion on Thursday.
