21-year-old Tunisian expatriate invades French church: sources of questioning

Three people were murdered Thursday in a church in Nice, southern France


Sources close to the investigation said a 21-year-old Tunisian man suspected of killing three people was in Europe at a church in the southern French town of Nees, which reached Europe on Thursday .

The suspect, identified as Brahim Aussaoui, was disembarked at the end of September on the Italian island of Lampedusa, where he was kept in viral quarantine by the authorities before being released with orders to leave Italian territory.

He said he arrived in France in early October.
