However, the Prime Minister’s Office denied the allegations and said the revised map is small in size and therefore not visible.
Not in the map shared by Oli Limpiyadhura
In June, Nepal’s parliament approved a new map of the country showing Kalapani, Lipulekh, and Limpiyadhura as part of Nepal which is part of Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand. On Friday, Oli took to Twitter to wish Vijayadashmi the people of Nepal. On social media, including Facebook and Twitter, many people claimed that Prime Minister Oli deliberately removed the revised map after meeting Samant Kumar Goyal, the head of India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) intelligence agency. Vishwan Prakash Sharma, spokesman for the main opposition Nepali Congress party, said: “The Prime Minister’s greeting has an old map that does not include Limpiyadhura. How could this be a common mistake? “

Oli people’s question, why the official symbol has been removed from the map
Many people have asked through their social media posts why the Prime Minister’s Office removed the government branding from the map which includes Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura. In response to the criticism, Prime Minister’s Press Advisor Surya Thapa released a statement saying the revised map was used in the Prime Minister’s message but does not appear to be too small.
