iPhone SE Plus has been postponed

A Plus model of the cheap iPhone SE is expected to hit the market later.

Apple recently presented an iPhone SE, but if we can believe the rumors, it does not stop there. The American tech giant from Cupertino is also said to be working on a top model under the name iPhone SE Plus.

Initially, this SE Plus had to come on the market in the first half of 2021. That reported the generally knowledgeable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. Now that same Kuo says that Apple’s smartphone has been postponed to the second half of 2021, Macrumors said .

This new top model should have a 5.5 or a 6.1-inch screen. The Plus model looks similar to the current iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro. A big difference compared to these high-end models is that the iPhone SE Plus would not get a Face ID . Like the new SE, it would be limited to Touch ID with this Plus version . The advantage over the iPhone 11 is a smaller notch. And of course the lower price is added.

So no iPhone SE Plus for the time being. However, it is still expected that Apple will present the iPhone 12 this fall .
