New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has planned her wedding, but has yet to set a date.
“We have plans – they’re sort of far away,” she told reporters in response to a question in the city of New Plymouth on Wednesday. “We may have to share some of our plans with our family and friends before we can do more.”
Erdern, 40, is joined by TV host Clark Gayford, 44, and has a two-year-old daughter. Last month she led her Labor Party to a landslide general election victory, helping them secure her second term.
The order has been hailed around the world for its decisive response to COVID-19 and for healing the country after the genocide of Muslims by a white supremacist last year.
