WASHINGTON: The Internet exploded with a new photo that defies social distancing as US First Lady Melania Trump crossed arms with soldiers at a wreath ceremony on Veterans’ Day on November 11. It should be noted that this was Trump’s first outing after the defeat of the US presidential election.
The 50-year-old First Lady was escorted by a masked soldier, and was hiding under an umbrella with Joe Biden while visiting Arlington National Cemetery, where he first had public participation after the election.
50-year-old Melania and 74-year-old President Donald Trump did not wear masks at the cemetery, unlike Trump’s daughter Ivanka, who covered his face Mike Pence’s wife was far from him, even where it seemed to be part of a protocol for socially distant rituals.
But that didn’t stop Trump’s opponents speculating about the rift between Melania and her husband. Unlike when Melanie Ahga, who visited Arlington last year on Veterans Day, got closer to her presidential husband, this year she continued to hold onto the soldier’s arms throughout her military service.
This comes amid rumors spreading that former Trump aide, Omar Rosa Manigo Newman, could end in a divorce if his White House term ends in January. According to Newman, “Melania is counting every minute until he leaves work, and she can get a divorce. “If Melania tries to leave her with the ultimate humiliation while in the office, he will find a way to punish her.”
However, Melania was shown to support her husband on Sunday by talking about illegal voting on Twitter, a reference to Donald Trump’s groundless election fraud allegations.
