Users report, among other things, that the irritating shades of green have disappeared due to the OnePlus 8 update.
OnePlus has a number of signature repairs, including the price hunter and the former flagship killer. Maybe there should be, because the OnePlus 8 also has display issues after launch. The OnePlus 5, OnePlus 6, and OnePlus 7 all had their own display issues that needed to be fixed with an update later. The all-new OnePlus 8 series would also have its own problem. A OnePlus 8 update would have already resolved the green tones and the overly enthusiastic touchscreen sensitivity.
AndroidPolice reports that after seeing the update deployed on its device. This is Oxygen 10 5.5 which would now be released. By the way, OnePlus has not yet announced the update on their forums. According to the media, the update would partially solve the screen problems. Especially the green tones that some users have seen in low light would have disappeared.
The above photo from Twitter clearly shows the magnitude of the difference after the update. We weren’t bothered by screen issues when reviewing Rubens. So we can say: OnePlus quickly solved the problem. It was different for some display issues in the past.
Hypersensitivity is also expected to be lower due to the OnePlus 8 update. The same media complains about the constant accidental touches recorded by the device. A short key should no longer be recorded as quickly as a deliberate entry.
Again, the OnePlus 8 oxygen 10 5.5 update doesn’t seem to have been officially announced yet, but device owners can still receive the update.
