WORKOS UNVEILS TOOLKIT TO HELP STARTUPS ATTRACT BUSINESS CUSTOMERS | Extent News

Lightspeed-backed WorkOS has reportedly established a toolkit to help startups in getting ready for business development. Given the popularity of new Business2Business (B2B) service companies, it was natural for a new firm to provide services that helps start-ups become business services.

WorkOS is starting furtively with seed funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners and developing a toolkit so as to help startups in meeting the needs to bring in business customers. The firm also aims in establishing startups with an API for directory synchronization, role-based access controls, audit trails, single sign-on, in addition to other crucial services.

With much more startups looking to move toward the business from a bottom-up capacity and aiming at creating individual use cases, quickly meeting the IT managers’ expectations can further prove to be a shortcut for customers with greater margins. The inspiration for WorkOS came from an earlier email start up of the organization’s founder, which failed in crossing the business chasm.

Michael Grinich, CEO, WorkOS, said that even if a person would focus on extensively on end user experience, another buyer exists in the end of that tunnel each time, who has a different set of requirements than the prior one. Being ready for business means that meeting the same compliance needs that the IT supervisors should meet, which might turn out to be an issue for small startup with limited resources.

Grinich additional stated that considering of the safety side WorkOS is presently in its monitoring period of SOC-2 Type two and might receive certification by the Q2 of this year.

Currently, WorkOS works on some pricing arrangements with a free tier providing users with single sign-on support plus a programmer tier of value $99 per month, in addition to a corporate tier alternative worth $499 per month that considerably enhances the performance given by WorkOS.
